The suppliers will receive an Event Link from the Host. Suppliers can log in using their registered email.
They will have a Join Event button that will redirect them to the Booth meeting with the attendees.
The Suppliers will be made hosts for those meetings so that they can manage the attendee experience with ease and can create breakout rooms in MS Teams.
They will then assign their representatives to those specific rooms after giving them rights to manage rooms
Each attendee will be given approximately 10 minutes
