How to access Bot and Live chat to submit tickets and get help?

Go to the event site and Login using your credentials
Click on Support button on the top navigation bar
In the right bottom, click on the “Help” widget
Click on ‘How can we help?’ and type the issue that you are facing
The bot will search our extensive Knowledge Base and will show you the most suitable articles
You can click on them and read the articles
If you are still not able to find the help that you need, click on ‘Live Chat’and someone from the Support team will connect with you to resolve your issue
If no agent is online then you will see ‘Leave us a message’ instead of ‘Live Chat’. Click on that and drop your message and the support team will connect with you at the earliest to help you out
