How to check the status of my tickets?
- Go to the event site and Login using your credentials
- Click on the Support tab on the top right corner
- Click on the My Tickets tab
- Here you can check your tickets as well as their status
- Click on a particular ticket and see your conversation history with the Support team
- You can also continue your conversation with the Support team by clicking on the text box, typing your response and then clicking on Submit.
