How to check the status of my tickets?

  1. Go to the event site and Login using your credentials 
  2. Click on the Support tab on the top right corner 
  3. Click on the My Tickets tab 
  4. Here you can check your tickets as well as their status 
  5. Click on a particular ticket and see your conversation history with the Support team 
  6. You can also continue your conversation with the Support team by clicking on the text box, typing your response and then clicking on Submit.
