- Go to the event site and click on Login button on the top right navigation bar
- Enter your login credentials and click on Login
- After logging into the platform, click on the My Sessions tab in the top navigation
- On the My Sessions page, you can see the list of all the sessions where you are assigned as the Speaker
- Click on Session Details adjacent to the session where you have to join as a Speaker
- Click on Start Session and you’ll see a window asking your consent to join the particular session
- Click on OK and enter the session
Note: You are advised to join the practice session 10 minutes before the start time of the session so that you can get your resources ready for the session, check your audio and video settings, etc. Start Session tab will remain disabled till 10 mins to start time.
